Contact Type Management

OBJECTIVE

The Contact Type Management option allows you to set up contact types that can be linked to Contact Management files in order to assign contacts through the Projects Dispatch option.

 

STEPS

maestro* > Maintenance > General Maintenance > Contacts > Contact Type Management (Web)

 

Creating a Contact Type

1. Click the New icon.
2. Enter the required information in the Main Fields tab:

Champ	Description
Code	Code identifying the contact type.
Description	Description identifying the contact type.
French Description	French description identifying the contact type.

3. Click the Save icon.
4. Click on Quit.
